Last Thursday was one of the top 5 stressful times of my life. I had significant water damage in my home and I had no idea what to do. I called SERVPRO and they were out to do an assessment within 2 hours-or less. They also handled the insurance claim for me and let me know every step of the way what was going to happen. The customer service and communication is amazing. I don't know what I would have done without them. I can't express enough how persistent and dedicated they are to making sure they communicate with you on everything. From the beginning of the project to the end you can always get in contact with someone or they are checking in with you. The customer service is top notch!

Kayli was such a great help in answering my questions and explaining the process, she was extremely professional and kind and great at updating me at every stage!! Gabe was also great! The weather proved to be a challenge and he was quick to get in touch to explain the service I needed would have less accurate results due to the weather and rescheduled for better time that was still quicker than I expected!
