My company recently had water damage that created a haven for mold to grow both under the carpet and in the drywall. SERVPRO did an excellent job of handling the entire project from remediation, removal, all the way to reconstruction. Once we were at a stage to remodel and put the room back together as it was prior to the damage, Lawson Cox/SERVPRO Reconstruction Manager, did an exceptional job of communicating what next steps would be, as well as seeing the project through to completion. In July of 2012, Kyle and Courtney Carter purchased and became the proud new owners of SERVPRO of Albany and Americus. Our franchise is blessed to have a Water Production Manager and Fire Production Manager with over 40 years experience combined. Our Water Production Manager is certified in WRT, ASD, FSRT, CDS with IICRC and also Certified through NORMI as a Mold Assessor and Remediator.
