Our History
The SERVPRO story begins in 1967 when a California painting business identified the need for technical and quality emergency fire and water restoration work. There was a community need and SERVPRO met that need. What was then a small business is today a national trusted brand. Today there are over 1,700 independently owned SERVPRO franchises nationwide making SERVPRO the most trained, skilled and well-positioned company in disaster restoration.
SERVPRO of Weston / West Davie is locally owned by Russell and Jennifer Locandro. The Locandro’s are driven people. Russell has a background in Operations and Jennifer in Education. Both Russell and Jennifer have taken their unique skill sets and applied them to the Emergency Restoration industry. The result has been a healthy business that has partnered with the community to help other local businesses and families in some of their most vulnerable moments. We service Davie, Sunrise, Weston, and other surrounding areas. We are on call and ready to help yo in your time of need 24/7.
The Locandro’s are active in the greater Weston area, we're members of the Davie Cooper City Chamber of Commerce and the Weston Chamber of Commerce and have an A+ score with the Better Business Bureau.
Our Team
It can be said that a business is only as good as their team. That's true; and it's especially true in the Emergency Fire and Water Restoration Industry. Responding to water and fire emergencies requires unique skills and a history of experience actually mitigating and responding to water and fire damage events. Our team believes in training and education, and we accomplish training in two ways: first, our technicians pursue IICRC certifications in a variety of disaster restoration topics; second, we practice in-team mentoring, investing in the skills of future disaster restoration pros.
