Together they have grown the franchise with the mentality that "job quality is our best marketing." The team focuses on minimizing business interruption for commercial clients, and getting residents back into their damaged homes as quickly as possible. Operating out of their 8,500 sf warehouse in Kendall, the team is able to get to property damages fast, minimizing the impact of of water intrusions, fire / smoke / soot and mold. SERVPRO of Pinecrest, East Kendall, has handled losses ranging from $500 to $1 million+. The company is an active member of the community, and serves on several boards such as The Women's Breast & Heart Initiative, which provides early breast cancer and heart disease screenings and education.
