My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. After a flood on Thanksgiving day, Rafael sent his team out immediately, and charged me a super fair price. Rafael, who was also my initial contact, made himself available 24 hours / day until the job was done, even though his technicians were already on it. The 1st tech Jose Almonte, who came to install all the equipment was extremely gracious and worked hard to figure out the best way to approach it. Freddy Lopez came when it was time to pick up all the equipment, and went way beyond his duties to make sure everything was left in great condition. Thank you!! I recommend this company very highly.

The Hrbek family launched the franchise in 2016, and joined forces with with the Iglesias family in 2024. Together they have grown the Miami Beach territory, and expanded to other parts of Miami-Dade and Monroe (Florida Keys) Counties. Team Hrbek-Iglesias has carved out its niche by providing lightning-quick, one-stop-shop project turnarounds to accommodate the special needs of commercial customers.
