I actually used SERVPRO of Melbourne. Dakota and Waynan (not sure of the spelling) were the crew that came to help us after our upstairs neighbor's rusted water heater poured through the ceiling and the walls. They dried out the walls, ceilings and floor. They also removed wallboard that would not dry and treated framing for mold prevention.
