Greg Geaski
Since 2018, Greg Geaski of North Haven has owned and operated SERVPRO®; of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County. After earning his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University, Greg joined SERVPRO in 2005 and quickly discovered his passion for helping people during their toughest times. Seeing the potential in franchise ownership, he acquired his first franchise, SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford in 2008.
Committed to excellence, Greg took full advantage of the training opportunities provided by SERVPRO and the IICRC, a leading non-profit organization for inspection, cleaning, and restoration standards. His team is certified in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Health and Safety, and Lead and Abatement. From the beginning, Greg has built a strong, professional team through both certification and hands-on experience.
With a successful franchise and a skilled team in place, Greg broadened his business by acquiring SERVPRO of Southbury/Torrington in 2013, SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County in 2018, SERVPRO of Shelton and Naugatuck in 2021, and most recently SERVPRO of New Haven, SERVPRO of Waterbury, Cheshire, SERVPRO of North Haven, Hamden, and SERVPRO of Northern Westchester County in 2025.

Charles J. Lynch
Chuck is our Construction and Repair Manager. With 24 years in the mitigation, restoration and construction industry, and 30 in the construction industry, Chuck performs full service construction and general contracting needs to many of our clients.
Chuck is proactive with his clientele and works hard to ensure that our customers receive the very best workmanship and value on every project. He is meticulous in his work and has an eye for detail that our customers appreciate.
Roseann Santamaria
Roseann Santamaria has been a vital part of the SERVPRO team since March 2017, serving as a Business Development Associate. In addition to her role at SERVPRO, Roseann is the President and Co-Owner of A&A Windshields and Auto Glass of New England, LLC, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership across industries.
Certified in Water Mitigation, Roseann is passionate about helping people during times of crisis. Her favorite part of working at SERVPRO is being able to support clients when they need it most, and she takes great pride in being part of a team that makes a meaningful impact every day.
Roseann’s goal within the company is to ensure SERVPRO provides the best possible service to anyone facing an emergency. She strives to be the person people think of first when disaster strikes—someone they can trust to guide them through recovery with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Roseann enjoys connecting with people, understanding their perspectives, and communicating ideas with clarity and warmth. Her hobbies include boating, golfing, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Matt Caufield
Matt is one of our production managers. When we do work in your home or business, Matt will be available to help guide you through the restoration process. He has been with our franchise since 2013 and comes from the construction and mortgage industries. Matt's commitment to our customers is evident in the way that he always goes above and beyond in his work.

Danielle DeLibro
Danielle is the Director of Business Development. In this role, she is the eyes and ears for our business - spending time out in the area, meeting people, learning how we can best serve the community and spreading the word about the services we offer. Danielle has been with us for over a decade, having come to our company with 20 years of marketing, account management and business development experience. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Business Administration.

John Conrad
John Conrad is an essential asset to our Emergency Response Team, having been an emergency responder for over 10 years. John truly cares and is able to quickly develop a plan to overcome any type of emergency situation. He has a passion for guiding people through difficult times developing a plan with emphasis on communication, empathy, and attention to detail. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran, a retired Professional Baseball Umpire and an Emergency Medical Technician.
John enjoys going to church, being a father to his 3 children, and a husband to his wife Amy. John has a passion for sports officiating and continues to umpire baseball for the NCAA and local high schools.

Mario Marcati
Mario Marcati brings over a decade of restoration experience to his role as Senior Project Manager at SERVPRO, where he’s been a valued team member since August 2016. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Mario worked with industry leaders including Paul Davis Restoration, United Cleaning and Restoration, and ServiceMaster, gaining extensive hands-on expertise across a wide range of restoration services.
Mario holds an impressive list of IICRC certifications, including Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control, and Health and Safety. His technical knowledge and leadership make him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
What Mario enjoys most about working at SERVPRO is the variety—no two days are the same. He thrives on the new challenges, different environments, and the opportunity to help people through tough situations. Seeing the relief on a customer’s face after helping them recover from a loss is what drives his passion for the work.
Mario’s goals within the company include contributing to the continued growth and success of the franchise, while upholding SERVPRO’s reputation for excellence. Outside of work, Mario enjoys spending quality time with his family, tournament bass fishing, trap shooting, and hunting.

Scott Danner
Scott Danner has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO family since 1990, bringing over three decades of experience and expertise to the restoration industry. In 2020, he joined SERVPRO Team Geaski, where he currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Woodbridge location and leads the Asbestos Abatement division.
Scott holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including:

With a certification in IICRC Water Damage Restoration, Raymundo is equipped with the technical expertise and leadership skills needed to manage complex mitigation projects with precision and care.
Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, Raymundo finds great fulfillment in helping clients restore their properties and peace of mind. His commitment to excellence and empathy makes him a trusted partner during challenging times.
Raymundo’s goal at SERVPRO is to continue growing as a team member, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment. Outside of work, he channels his passion for teamwork and mentorship as a soccer coach, inspiring others both on and off the field.

John Crosby
John has been the Warehouse Facility Manager at SERVPRO since August 2022 and has been working for the company since 2015. He started his career in construction and has since worked his way to being certified at In House Water Specialist Training, Blood Pathogen, and Pack & Moving here at SERVPRO. Outside of work, John is a very talented songwriter/musician.

Dan Peterson
Since joining SERVPRO in 2024 as a Production Manager, Dan Peterson has leveraged his diverse background in the fitness industry and textile restoration to provide exceptional service in restoration projects. He holds multiple IICRC certifications, equipping him with the advanced skills needed to tackle restoration challenges with precision and care.
Dan is passionate about helping people in unique ways every day, and his goal is to continue growing within SERVPRO, making an even greater impact on the team and community.
Beyond work, Dan channels his energy into his love for fitness, hiking, and sports, maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. His favorite motivational quote, "You can have results or excuses, not both" serves as a reflection of his drive and determination in everything he does.

Dario Bianchini
We’re excited to welcome Dario Bianchini to the team as our new Production Manager, joining us in September 2025. Dario brings a wealth of experience from his previous role at Paul Davis Restoration, where he honed his skills in project coordination and customer service excellence.
Certified in IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Dario is deeply committed to maintaining high standards of quality and care in every job. His professional goal is simple yet powerful: to continue delivering outstanding customer service that builds trust and lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Dario is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his loved ones. As a car enthusiast, he enjoys attending car shows, and also enjoys anything outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or just soaking up nature.

Joe Gibertoni
Joe Gibertoni joined SERVPRO in December 2024 as Director of Operations for the Construction division, bringing leadership, expertise, and a passion for excellence to the team. With IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration, Joe plays a key role in overseeing construction projects that help clients rebuild and recover after disaster strikes.
What Joe values most about working at SERVPRO is being part of the industry leader in restoration, surrounded by a team of true professionals who work in unison to support customers when they need it most. His goal is to help SERVPRO become the top restoration company in the tri-state area, known for delivering exceptional customer service and dependable results.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys boating, skiing, and listening to live music—activities that reflect his energetic and adventurous spirit.

Casey Jensen
Casey Jensen has been a dedicated member of the SERVPRO team since September 2017, serving as a Job File Coordinator. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Casey worked in the deli and catering industry, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and attention to detail—skills she now brings to her role in restoration.
Casey’s favorite part of working at SERVPRO is being able to help people during times of need. She finds fulfillment in supporting clients through challenging situations and ensuring their experience is as smooth and reassuring as possible.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending quality time with her pets and family, embracing the moments that bring joy and connection.

Cathy Finlayson
Cathy Finlayson has been part of the SERVPRO community since 2005 and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry. Her journey began while studying at Sacred Heart University, where she took her first steps in the field at ServiceMaster—an experience that laid the foundation for a successful career with SERVPRO. In December 2024, Cathy joined Team Geaski as Business Development Manager, bringing deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to service.
Cathy holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Advanced Structural Drying, equipping her with the expertise to support clients through even the most challenging situations. She approaches every job with the mindset of an emergency responder—ready to act quickly, communicate clearly, and guide customers with compassion from start to finish.
In her role, Cathy focuses on building strong relationships within the community, expanding SERVPRO’s reach, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic outreach and collaboration. Her goals are rooted in thoughtful, data-driven planning—identifying growth opportunities, analyzing trends, and developing targeted strategies to help SERVPRO Team Geaski exceed expectations and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
For Cathy, the most rewarding part of her work is being part of a team that truly makes a difference when people need it most.
Outside of work, she loves traveling with family and friends, hosting dinner parties, and attending live music shows whenever she can.

For the renovation they sent a representative (Brenda) to help us through all the details. It was like having a personal assistant. Once the insurance money came they sent Santiago and his team to redo the room. They were actually fun and very upbeat. Santiago pays attention to detail and made sure we were happy throughout the process. They did a great job and it looks like a brand new room now. Super happy with their service.

SERVPRO of Newtown and Southern Litchfield County is owned by Greg Geaski, a Connecticut native and resident. After earning his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University, Greg began working for SERVPRO in 2005. He found that working in the restoration industry gave him the opportunity to help others during difficult times. Impressed with the possibilities that franchise ownership presented, Greg purchased his first franchise in 2008 and has since acquired two additional franchises. From the beginning, he has worked to establish a strong core team of employees who have also been professionally trained both through certification classes and on the job experience.
Our goal on every job is to help guide our customers through the restoration process from start to finish. Our office staff will know you by name and our property managers are available should you have any concerns or questions. We show integrity and professionalism on every job that we work on.
