We are so grateful to Team Luciani from SERVPRO! After our basement flooded with hot water, a crew member came out quickly, answered all our questions and set our minds at ease. Then two more men came in and CRUSHED it. They cleaned and disinfected our basement, including contents. We cannot say enough good things!

We had a leak from our 43 year old HVAC system that took me awhile to notice. While there wasn’t inches of water, it was enough to soak a portion of the carpeting in my basement. I called SERVPRO and within a few hours, they had a remediation team at my door. They vacuumed up the moisture, cut back carpeting, removed padding, and placed humidifiers and fans to dry up the rest. They returned again, and they cut out some Sheet Rock and took out the remaining carpet, padding, and tackless. They disinfected the area and swept and vacuumed the area. They also placed a plastic barrier in my upstairs living area before pulling up the carpet on the stairs to help keep the dust down. Excellent job and now I am looking forward to working with the Construction crew. Expecting the same excellent service.
