We were not in town when SERVPRO worked to repair damage from an overflowing bathrub left on by our adult daughter who was staying overnight in our house. Our daughter immediately called in SERVPRO and SERVPRO had all the damage repaired before we returned home a couple weeks later. We were all set to be furious with our daughter for causing the damage until we saw what a great job SERVPRO did in it's repair. They perfectly matched paint where they did drywall repair, carpets were cleaned and restretched and SERVPRO insured that the repair was thorough in order to completely resolve all issues. While our daughter paid for all the repair work I thought that what SERVPRO charged her for the amount of work they did was very reasonable. I hope we don't have another incident with water damage, but if we do I'd definitely use SERVPRO.
My daughter forgot she was running her bath water. By the time she realized it, the water was all over the floor. There weren't enough towels in the world to get that mess up. SERVPRO of Santa Barbara was out within an hour of my call and did a terrific job drying it up.
Friendly workers that were meticulous about their clean up and they made sure we were happy before leaving.

We are licensed general contractors in California (CSLB 866075) and Louisiana, offering comprehensive restoration services.
