Mona Jones, our fearless owner, began this franchise 6 years ago in an effort to establish a better life for her children, Jordan and Janelle Jones. As Mona has always been determined to help both of her children through college, she knew she was not in a position financially to see that goal through. So, in 2015, collecting all of the money she had saved away, and taking out as many loans as she could get, she established SERVPRO of Park la Brea in an effort to become financially independent. 7 years later, Mona continues to be involved with the operations of the firm as she continues to pursue her passion for helping others through stressful and difficult conversations. Mona and her team will truly treat you like family and will provide you with an experience unlike any other.
