When a pipe broke in my bathroom during my families 4th of July camping trip it affected 4 rooms in my house. Within an hour of calling my insurance company SERVPRO of Fairfield was at my front door. My wife and I were really confused about the whole process, but the staff, from the ladies at the office to the crew who came out. Took care of EVERYTHING. Hopefully we will never need to use their services again, but if we do SERVPRO of Fairfield is the only place we'll call.

Hi Tom,

You recently talked with my husband when you collected the check for our final payment. He gave me your email and I wanted to send a quick thank you to you and your team for your help with the leak in our master bedroom.    Our project manager was Shane and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. As fairly new homeowners, this was the first time we had experienced a leak in our home or had to be the ones to manage the situation without calling a landlord! When I contacted the SERVPRO main office, the front office staff was extremely kind and were able to get Shane out to assess the situation that same day. When Shane arrived he was patient in explaining the steps of what was going to happen to resolve the leak and water damage. He took the time to explain the difference between what we may expect with our Home Warranty vs. Homeowners Insurance coverage. He set up fans and a dehumidifier until we could get the plumber out to resolve the leak. When the plumber came out, he had to turn the water on and the water flooded the carpet again. I immediately called Shane and he calmly explained that the dehumidifiers would take care of it and not to worry. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently throughout the project. He checked-in with me frequently about the progress and was accurate in his estimations of the length of time the drying process would take. Overall, in a very stressful situation, we felt better knowing that Shane was helping us get our house back in order.       Thank you again,    Tessa and Mike Searles

The cleaning crew checked in with me multiple times daily, the office administrators coordinated a lot of moving parts and never once did something slip between the cracks.
