The folks from SERVPRO were wonderful when our church in La Mesa flooded in June, because of a pipe that burst! They got there fast and got busy. They knew what they were doing, but took pains to make sure we understood everything that needed to happen as well. Their follow-up was outstanding, and we ended up using them for the re-build as well. They were great at making sure we were able to use the space on weekends when we needed it. Newly owned and operated by Ben Sussman and Jordan Katz, the previous franchise owner, Michael Lu, sold his company to Ben and Jordan in summer 2018. This is the second franchise that Ben and Jordan own, their first being an adjacent SERVPRO territory that they bought several years ago and built from scratch
We have over 25 employees and our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also perform mold remediation and biohazard cleanup services. We are on nearly 40 insurance preferred vendor programs, have steady commercial work including medical facilities, hotels and motels, HOAs, and more.
