She handles a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring files are accurate, organized, and ready for review. Outside of work, Morelia enjoys spending time with her friends, a fun, light-hearted energy she also brings into the office each day.

Adam brings 8 years of industry experience with a background in water mitigation, fire cleaning, and forklift operation. As Contents Supervisor, he oversees inventory, manages contents
projects, and ensures items are carefully packed, transported, and documented. Adam is especially skilled at handling belongings safely and taking great care of homeowners throughout the process. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer with his kids and exploring random parks together, a hobby that reflects his active and family-focused nature.

Francisco brings 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, with a strong background in mitigation and previous experience as a Reconstruction Project Manager . As Restoration Manager, he leads the field team, oversees mitigation operations, and ensures every project is completed with precision and care. He studied at UC Berkeley, where he also played on the university volleyball team, an experience that reflects the teamwork, discipline, and leadership he brings to SERVPRO.

Arles brings 15 years of experience in the mitigation and reconstruction industry and serves as our in-house reconstruction specialist. He handles repairs with a focus on quality and craftsmanship and also has strong knowledge of the water mitigation process. Arles is especially skilled in drywall repairs, texturing, and cabinetry, consistently delivering detailed and precise work. Outside of the job, he enjoys playing bass guitar, a creative hobby that reflects his steady and artistic approach to his craft.

Joey brings over 8 years of experience in the restoration industry, supported by a background in sales, carpet cleaning, and customer service. As a Restoration Technician, he focuses on job cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and ensuring projects are completed in a timely and professional manner. Joey is especially skilled in people skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, specialty containments, and countertop brace-ups. Outside of work, he enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping, and cooking, which reflects his adventurous and hands-on personality.

Ramon brings 15 years of experience in the restoration industry, along with a strong background in reconstruction. As a Restoration Technician, he supports mitigation projects, assists with equipment setup, and helps ensure homes are safely and properly stabilized during the cleanup process. He is especially skilled in demolition, approaching each project with precision and care. Outside of work, Ramon enjoys playing soccer with his daughter, a hobby that reflects his energetic and family-focused nature.

With a strong background in customer service and experience in the financial industry, Christy supports both the administrative and estimating sides of the business. She helps prepare estimates, coordinates job files, and communicates clearly with clients and team members to keep projects moving smoothly. When she isn’t at the office, Christy enjoys going to the gym and watching movies, a balance that reflects the positive and well-rounded presence she brings to our SERVPRO team.

Henry brings over a decade of experience in the insurance restoration industry and leads operations with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and service quality. As General Manager, he oversees mitigation, reconstruction, and estimating operations while managing cross-functional teams and working closely with insurance partners on claims and complex losses. He holds multiple IICRC certifications and brings strong hands-on experience in team leadership, project oversight, and process improvement.

Isaac brings 3 years of experience in the restoration industry, along with past experience in contents packing, customer service, and office work. As a Restoration Technician, he supports customer satisfaction and assists with mitigation tasks including documentation, photos, moisture mapping, and inspections. He is especially skilled in teamwork, bringing care and consistency to every project. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports, a balance that reflects his easygoing and team-oriented personality.

Nathan brings 13 years of combined construction and mitigation experience, shaped by a family history of skilled contractors, so much so that there’s a street in Brea named after his father. His technical knowledge and steady approach make him a valuable part of the team. Outside the job, Nathan enjoys staying connected to his roots in the Boy Scouts, where he spent 13 years and earned the rank of Eagle Scout, a fun and meaningful part of his background that reflects his dedication and character.

Miguel brings 12 years of restoration experience, supported by a background in customer service and management. As a Restoration Supervisor, he oversees project leadership, site management, safety, client communication, and documentation. He is especially meticulous and thorough during inspections, ensuring each project is handled with care. Outside of work, Miguel enjoys sharing stories about his early years helping his grandmother with landscaping, an experience that shaped his strong work ethic
