Our SERVPRO team has continued to strive since we first opened our doors to become the premier restoration company for the San Fernando Valley. We built our reputation on developing strong relationships with our customers to continue being the team they call when disasters and emergencies occur. This commitment to our customers begins with our owner, Marat Koshkaryan, and continues through every tier of management and our restoration crews. As someone with decades of restoration industry experience, Marat also works to lead every branch of our team to achieve their goals quickly and cost-effectively.
Emergency Restoration Services, Including Wildfire Restoration
We also strive to provide every customer with the kind of restoration experience which can be seen through our efforts in widespread emergencies like the Woolsey Fire in 2018. With so many residences and businesses affected by the catastrophic conditions from the wildfire, we worked around the clock to set up mitigation equipment to manage the dangerous effects until insurance teams could begin the necessary claims. We worked with the residents, businesses, and their insurance companies to help put them back on their feet in the shortest time possible.
Success throughout the San Fernando Valley begins with successful networking and expansion. We are steadily growing, increasing our roster of qualified technicians and our connections with businesses and residents. These connections s with our involvement with organizations like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and our seat on the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce.
While the area we serve here might be best known for being the residence of Kim Kardashian or the renowned Calabasas Country Club, these are only the start of what our area has to offer. As a locally owned and operated team, we care about the communities we help because they are our communities. We get involved with area fundraisers and awareness drives and maintain a steady relationship with the American Red Cross for our disaster relief efforts.
