Our family made a special request to SERVPRO of Yuma to pack out our house full of furniture. (We had heard about their capabilities and good service.) A two person crew arrived with a truck and moving trailer and had the job done in a matter of hours. We couldn't be happier. We appreciate them going out of their way to accommodate our request.
I made my claim on the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, the SERVPRO Serviceman Robert Castillo and Angelo arrived promptly shortly after I spoke with my adjuster. When they arrived they started working on preventing more damage and dry-out what was already damaged. When the administrator for the Yuma office arrived I was explained their process, and she even went out of her way to help me guide through the process as the guys were setting up equipment. On Friday my technician was changed to Roberto Corrales he was courteous and respectful and available when I had any doubts. Overall their service was surprising and reliable I would definitely call them and recommend them for a Water/ fire emergency.
I want to share my experience with SERVPRO. Robert and his crew did an amazing job with my home. They came in and did an amazing and quick job. The demolition looked clean and they left no debris anywhere.

SERVPRO did a good job to get my wet garage dry from hot water leak that make a flood in the garage. The men was kind and made everything dry.
I thought my house had problem mold. The SERVPRO people explained to me it was not bad mold on the shower. They gave me good piece of mind. They are honest people.
I recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs help with water flooding. The guys arrived at my home and got the bathroom floor dry and clean and then put fans in the hallway to dry our floor. Three days later the job was done. I hope this never happens again, but I know who to call if it does.
I want to thank Richard from SERVPRO for bringing a great cleaning crew to my home. The two ladies worked quickly and did the cleaning very well. There is no trace of the spilled cooking oil anywhere. They even moved my stove away from the wall. I'm very, very happy.
