Kacie is our Branch Manager!

Kacie has been a part of the SERVPRO family for nearly 15 years now. During her time with SERVPRO, Kacie has travelled all over the country assisting with storm events and handled numerous large losses. She recently took on the role of Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Mobile County. Kacie has undergone extensive training and holds multiple certifications including: OSHA 30, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Water Restorer, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair and Installation, and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning. She enjoys her job and getting to meet new customers and face new challenges each day. Kacie says helping clients during a very stressful situation is the most rewarding aspect of being an Operations Manager. When she isn’t working, Kacie is and avid movie watcher who enjoys relaxing at home and binging on Netflix.

Kim is our Customer Concierge.

Kim brings the perfect blend of organization and people skills to the team. She keeps things on track behind the scenes and makes sure that our customers stay informed.

With Kim around, our customers always know what’s going on — providing updates, answering questions, and offering reassurance every step of the way. With Kim on your side, you’re never left in the dark.

James is our Construction Project Manager.

James is the life of the office, always bringing laughter and smiles to those around him. He thrives on helping restore homes, turning damage into something beautiful. Dedicated and hardworking, James consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Grace is one of our Restoration Supervisors.

She’s all about putting customers first. Grace excels at building trust and communicating clearly, and she’s always ready to go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels supported. From start to finish, her dedication shines through in the care, attention, and hard work she brings to every job

Mathew is one of our Restoration Supervisors.

Mathew is the kind of teammate you can always count on—reliable, hardworking, and ready to step in whenever someone needs help.

Mathew is exactly the person you want by your side in a crisis. He says his favorite part of mitigation is those first moments with the customer—because that’s when he can set the tone, provide reassurance, and start building trust right away.

Vicki is one of our Restoration Supervisors.

Vicki is truly a jack of all trades, bringing hard work and dedication to everything she does. As our resident textiles expert, she has a special talent for restoring fabrics and soft goods after a loss. With her skill and attention to detail, Vicki ensures that treasured items are returned looking their best. Her care and craftsmanship make her an invaluable part of our team and a trusted resource for our customers.

Andre is one of our Restoration Supervisors.

Andre is all about bringing happiness and positivity wherever he goes. His energy is contagious, and it radiates through everything he does—lifting up the team and putting a smile on every customer’s face. Whether on the job or supporting the crew behind the scenes, Andre’s upbeat attitude makes every day brighter!

Sherri is one of our Business Development Consultants.

Sherri began her career in the restoration industry more than 35 years ago. She is a member of various professional organizations including PEP (Partners for Environmental Progress), Saraland Chamber of Commerce, Chickasaw Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce and Semmes Chamber of Commerce. Additionally Sherri is currently a Mobile Chamber Ambassador. She says the best part about being an SMR is getting to spend so much time in the field interacting with all of her terrific clients. “It is so rewarding to get to share new information regarding our industry. They truly appreciate learning more about what we do and all of the latest and greatest advancements.”

Sherri and holds her IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification as well as a number of certifications through SERVPRO including: Crew Training, Water Damage, Fire Damage and Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning. She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.

Sandy is one of our Job File Coordinators.

Sandy Osborn, a Job File Coordinator (JFC) with SERVPRO of Mobile County, has over 10 years of experience in the SERVPRO system. The aspect she likes most about her position is being there to help people when they are going through stressful or confusing situations. She enjoys guiding the customers through the process and helping them get their lives back to some sense of normalcy. When she has a chance to get out of the office Sandy spends most of her time outdoors with her family fishing, swimming and camping.

Sam is our Job File Coordinators (JFCs).

She’s the queen of organization and the master of keeping everything on track—nothing gets past her! With her positive energy and love for details, Samantha keeps our team running like a well-oiled machine and our clients in the loop every step of the way. She’s a rockstar addition to the team and always ready to tackle whatever the day throws at her!

Holly is our Job File Coordinator (JFC).

She brings a positive attitude and keen attention to detail to every project, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. With 5 years of experience in the restoration industry, Holly keeps our team organized, our files accurate, and our clients informed every step of the way. She’s a fantastic addition to the team and always ready to make sure everything runs smoothly!

TJ is our Director of Business Development.

With over 15 years of sales experience under his belt, TJ brings both expertise and energy to every conversation. He loves meeting new people and finding ways to make a real difference—whether that’s helping a business recover after a disaster or guiding a homeowner through a stressful situation. TJ’s approach is simple: listen, understand, and provide solutions that truly matter. With his experience and enthusiasm, he’s ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way!
