General Manager

Location: Munford, AL

Charles is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden, Marshall County & Rome. He has been with us since June 2023 and has proven to be a true team leader. With his background in mitigation, reconstruction and restoration services he has not only shown his knowledge but teaches it as well.

Fun Fact: Charles is a passionate cook! He loves spending his spare time cooking for friends and family.

Lorin Sauls

Human Resource & Training Manager

Lorin joined the Lamey’s at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in July of 2018. She is our resident digital and social media marketer. Her responsibilities include creating and posting to the various social media platforms, creating and maintaining content for our website, and online reputation management. She also runs “storm” from the office when we send crews out traveling for large storm events. Prior to joining us here, Lorin’s background was retail. She spent 9 years working for the Bealls subsidiary Burkes Outlet as their lead supervisor.

Originally from South Florida, Lorin moved to Northeast Alabama in 2007. She enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband is in the Alabama Army National Guard. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, swimming and kayaking.

Allison Monge

Finance Manager

Allison has been with SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County for 2 years. Prior to starting with us Allison worked with SERVPRO of Birmingham on the Jacksonville State University project after the tornado damage in Spring of 2018. Allison has also served as a juvenile probation officer (4.5 years) and worked with a nonprofit victim advocacy program (2 years).

Allison is originally from Lake Forest, California. After high school she moved to Alabama to attend the University of Alabama. She graduated magna cum laude from U.A. with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

Currently, Allison resides in Anniston, Alabama. Her small farm has 4 dogs, 3 cats, 3 pygmy goats and 45 chickens. As an animal lover Allison is also actively involved with 2nd Chance Animal Shelter in Boaz, Alabama.

Hannah Townsend

Accounts Receivables Manager/MSC

Location: Gadsden, AL

Hannah has been with SERVPRO since 2020. Prior to joining our team Hannah spent 2 years with the Etowah County Courthouse as a property tax collector.

Hannah is originally from the Gadsden area and lives there with her husband and 3 children. She is a self proclaimed animal lover and thrill seeker. She loves her roller coasters.

Simon Porter

Job File Coordinator

Location: Gadsden, AL

Simon joined the team here at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County just over 2 years ago. Prior to starting with us Simon spent 7 years in retail sales and then 5 years in human resources. His responsibilities in our office include creating estimates that we use to bill out the work produced to insurance companies. He is proficient with Xactimate software.

Simon was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida where some of his family still lives. As a member of the Church of the Highlands, Simon is active in helping the community. Simon is a dog lover, he has 2 of his own and enjoys the days when Brady (owners Chris and Jenny’s rescue dog) comes to the office.

Reconstruction Superintendent

Location: Pell City, Al

Nate started with SERVPRO back in late 2023. He has plenty of experience in surveying & carpentry! Nate is usually the first face you see when starting construction on your home or business. He comes by to check progress; help you pick out materials & more.

Nathaniel has 1 daughter, Alice and married to Katie.

Title: Reconstruction Superintendent

Location: Pell City, AL

Justin started with Team Lamey in March of 2025. Since then, he has been the lead on several reconstruction jobs and we are so proud to have him!

Fun Fact: Has mastered the art of juggling the chaos of family life with work life.

Title: Reconstruction Coordinator & Scheduler

Location: Rainbow City, AL

Everyone meet Courtney! She has been with us since 2023, and is a prime example of the opportunities with SERVPRO. She started out working in production and has since switched to the title she has now. From start to finish, she is the one ensuring your appointments as well as sending the contracts for your repairs.

Fun Fact: Mom to 3 & bonus Mom of 2. FSRT certified, knows simple ASL and still teaching herself more!

Receptions/Recon Coordinator

Location: Gadsden, Al

Allison Grimes is the Receptionist and Recon Coordinator at SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden, Marshall County & Rome! Her background in being a paralegal has really shown to be a true asset to our team. From answering the phones, putting in job file notes and handling the reconstruction paperwork she is there to help our customers from start to finish!

What do I like most being a part of Team Lamey? I have a great work-life balance. I have gained a new family that is dedicated to their customers!

Shane has been with Team Lamey since 2024, and LOVES to fix things. He is our one stop shop when it comes to knocking out the punch list for our recon customers. From his larger than life personality to his handy dandy trade, we appreciate everything he is for our customers!

Dennis Anderson

Business Development Representative

Etowah & Cherokee County Area

Dennis is no stranger to the SERVPRO franchise, but is new to the Sales & Marketing team! He has been with SERVPRO for 6 years as a Production Manager. He is a prime example of why the Lamey team is more like family!

Wade Childers

Business Development Representative

Calhoun County Area

Wade has been with the Lamey’s since they purchased the SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County franchises in 2016. Before joining the Lamey team, Wade worked under many previous owners. He has a total of 23 years with SERVPRO. Wade is the sales and marketing representative over Calhoun and Cleburne Counties. As we joke in our office, Wade is the man who bleeds SERVPRO orange and green. Wade is cross-trained to also be a first responder for production when need be, which he likes because it gives him a strong understanding of all aspects of the business.

Wade holds the following IICRC certifications:

• FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
• Odor
• Subrogation

Wade is from Calhoun County. He was raised in Weaver, Alabama and now lives in White Plains, Alabama. Wade is active in the Calhoun County Chamber as an Ambassador. He is the Master At Arms of the Rotary Club in Calhoun County. Wade is also involved in the Exchange Club. He loves going out to JSU and supporting the Gamecocks as well.

Kyle Hamby

Production Manager

Kyle has been with the Lamey’s since the beginning when they purchased SERVPRO of Anniston, Gadsden and Marshall County in 2016. Before joining the Lamey’s, Kyle worked under other owners and has been with SERVPRO for a total of 15 years. His special areas of focus with SERVPRO include large losses and storm events.

Kyle is from the Centre, Alabama area, but now lives in Southside, Alabama.

Mikola joined Team Lamey back in 2023. The best thing about his job is being trusted with ensuring our customers are taken care of! Originally from Panama City, FL, Mikola hit the ground running ready to be there for those in need!

Here is a hard working team member. He has such a great personality with our staff and customers it will surely brighten your day! He mainly works on our water jobs, so if you've had a water damage, chances are you'll be seeing him!

Talisha has been with SERVPRO since October 2022. She has such a heart for our customers and making sure their neds are met when they've gone through a fire damage. She is the one ensuring your contents are handled with the love and care they deserve!

Fun Fact: Talisha LOVES to be outdoors! Everything from hiking, to fishing and swimming.

Christina has been with Team Lamey since 2022. She loves helping people in their time of hardship. Her willingness to learn and discipline to stick to schedule has made her a vital part of our crew.

Here is one of our newest team members, Gabby! She started with us in 2025 in our newly renovated contents department. She is ensuring the paperwork, bagging & tagging is up to date and accurate for our customers items! We have thoroughly enjoyed her sweet personality, and we know you will too!

Fun Fact: Her favorite things are sleep & energy drinks. (Although we aren't sure how you can sleep with all that energy!)
